Expert Recovery of Underwater Victims

Compassionate Care

Our group brings decades of experience assisting families, friends and law enforcement with the difficult process of recovering drowning and accident victims from underwater environments.

Exceptional Coordination with First Responders

‍ ‍As a trusted resource for law enforcement and emergency response authorities throughout California, we can bring additional technical resources, and provide a clear understanding of the dynamics of these difficult situations.

Quiet, Ethical Service

In a world of grubby social media opportunists, we provide quiet, free, professional service to help you navigate a tragic situation. Without publicity. Without pay. And with an explicit code of honor.

We are a volunteer-powered nonprofit. Every dollar we receive goes directly to our mission— no salaries, overhead, or unrelated projects.

We exist to serve - quietly and privately.‍ ‍

Technological expertise.

We use state of the art sidescan sonar technology to generate imagery of our underwater environments. We also employ a deep water ROV equipped with video, sonar, and grasping tools. Continuous use and training on these tools enables us to locate and recover targets efficiently and with great precision.

Custom software.

Ensuring methodical and complete searches is critical in black water recovery. We bring custom built software developed from decades of iteration to track our searches and increase our accuracy.

Continuous training.

All our volunteers go through continuous, rigorous training and hold public safety diving certifications. We draw from Emergency Services volunteers and active duty military personnel to build our teams.
