TOMALES BAY, Calif. - A man who vanished while on a fishing trip with friends has been found dead, California authorities said. After fishing during the day, Clinton Yoshio Koga, 39, of Brentwood, kayaked into Tomales Bay at around 6:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, “from the Lawson’s Landing campground to retrieve a crabbing cage,” the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said in a Feb. 2 Facebook post.

Body of missing fisherman found in San Pablo Bay
MARIN COUNTY, Calif. - The body of a man who went missing on Christmas Day was found Thursday in the San Pablo Bay.
Will Chebib, 32, of Petaluma was found dead approximately one mile east of the Hamilton Wetlands within the San Pablo Bay, the Marin County Sheriff's Office said. He had gone fishing on Dec. 25, and hadn't been seen since.

Empty boat found floating near CA marina weeks ago. Now missing angler’s body is found
RICHMOND, Calif. - The body of a missing angler was found weeks after his empty boat was discovered floating adrift near a California marina, deputies said. While on a Christmas Day fishing trip in the San Pablo Bay, William Hady Chebib, 32, of Petaluma, told family he was headed back to the Black Point Boat Launch in Novato at around 3:30 p.m., a news release from the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said.
